What is the Bishop's Advisory Committee?
The Bishop's Advisory Committee (BAC) is the governing body of St. Bede's overseeing the administration and stewardship of the church including the building. The BAC comprises nine laity and our vicar as voting members. The treasurer, clerk, and deacon as appointed, are non-voting members. Lay members are elected at the annual meeting in January, and each serve three-year terms. The BAC generally meets monthly on third Wednesdays at 6:30pm, in the parish hall and on Zoom, excluding the month of July. The BAC meets to make decisions about our physical and financial assets in support of our various ministries. For more information we invite you to join us at our BAC meetings.
Read Our BAC Meeting Minutes Here.
Minutes are also posted monthly on the bulletin board in the fellowship hall.
